OREANDA-NEWS. November 15, 2012. Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of the United States of America Barack Obama.

Mr Putin once again congratulated Mr Obama on his election victory.

The President wished his American colleague success in putting together his new team. The two leaders reiterated their desire to steadily develop bilateral relations in all different areas, including economic ties.

Mr Putin repeated his invitation to Mr Obama to visit Russia.

Mr Obama thanked the Russian President for his congratulations and for the invitation, and said that he would be ready to visit Russia once the two countries’ diplomatic channels settle the date.
