Lukashenko Said Terrorists Were Importing “Tons of Weapons” from Ukraine to Belarus
OREANDA-NEWS. The terrorist group of Mikalay Autukhovich, recently detained in Belarus, was preparing crimes throughout the country and imported “tons of weapons” through Ukraine. This was stated by President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko.
“They were preparing terrorist attacks all over the country and have already begun to carry it out," the head of state said. According to him, the terrorists “were carrying tons of weapons through Ukraine,” but now all their supply channels have been discovered by the security forces.
Lukashenko called the detainees “scoundrels”, noting that he underestimated the leader of the terrorist group Autukhovich, despite the fact that the State Security Committee reported about his activities. At the same time, the President mentioned that there are still several terrorist groups left in Belarus, whose members come from bordering countries: Ukraine, Poland and Lithuania.
