OREANDA-NEWS. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said that the United Russia party feels a lack of citizen confidence.  He wrote about this in his article, which was published in the Izvestia newspaper.

 “More and more people think that their opinion, their words are not heard.  But real change is not enough, ”added Medvedev.

 In his article, he emphasizes that "it is difficult to be the ruling party."  This implies responsibility for the decisions taken and the voters who supported the party, and in United Russia, he said, they understand this well.  For 18 years since the creation of the party, it has gone a long way, the leader clarified, - the deputies from the United Russia are represented at all levels, there are results in the work of representatives of the party and in the executive branch.

 The author’s article by the chairman of United Russia, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, is a reaction to the present-day challenge that the party faces now, political scientist Leonid Davydov said.
