OREANDA-NEWS. At a meeting with government members, Russian President Vladimir Putin supported a proposal to lift restrictions on three Ukrainian enterprises so that they could supply products to Russia.

Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin made a proposal. He expressed hope that Ukraine will respond to this decision of Moscow with the similar actions. “We are talking about those industries that were focused on exporting goods to Russia. We consider it possible to allow deliveries from the company Bratslav, the Bar Machine Building Plant and the Rubezhnoye Cardboard Mill,” Mishustin said.

“We are always ready to restore full-fledged interaction with Ukraine. […] Let’s assume that this is the first step and gesture of goodwill on our part. All right… I agree,” Putin replied to this proposal.

At the beginning of October, the leader of the Ukrainian party Opposition Platform – For Life, Viktor Medvedchuk, who came to Moscow and met with Putin, asked the Russian president to lift sanctions on a number of Ukrainian enterprises.
