OREANDA-NEWS.On July 1, the agreement of the Government of the Russian Federation with oil companies on the freezing of fuel prices ends. The document signed by the parties indicated the maximum price for fuel of grades AI-92, AI-95 and diesel.
From the beginning of the second month of summer, there will be another indexation of tariffs for housing and communal services. Prices are up by 2.4%.
From July 1, the entry of foreigners into the territory of the Kaliningrad region will be simplified. From the beginning of the second month of summer, it will be possible to do it by e-visa. Today, in this way, guests from abroad can visit the Far Eastern Federal District.
From the summer of 2019, working Russians will be required to undergo an independent qualification assessment. Thus, it is planned to check employees for compliance with professional standards. It is assumed that the innovation will replace the existing certification, accreditation and qualification examinations.
