OREANDA-NEWS. On May 21, 2008, the Prime Minister of Georgia Vladimer Gurgenidze participated in the parliamentary elections of Georgia. He made his personal choice at the Precinct N15 of the Vake region. Vladimer Gurgenidze called the population to support in a maximum way activity of the observers in order to create normal working conditions for them: “It is necessary that we conduct the elections in a democratic and creditable way; the will of Georgian people should be manifested completely. In effect of this an active parliament will be formed which will be worthy to our nation. I would like to address those who are working at the election precincts; they must support the observers in realizing their mission in a maximum way, because the observers are charged with high responsibility and are fulfilling a very important task”, – the prime minister asserted.
