OREANDA-NEWS. On April 15, US Senator from the Democratic Party, Elizabeth Warren officially supported former Vice President Joe Biden as a presidential candidate.

“In this moment of crisis, it’s more important than ever that the next president restores Americans’ faith in good, effective government – and I’ve seen Joe Biden help our nation rebuild. Today, I’m proud to endorse Joe Biden as President of the United States,” Warren wrote on her Twitter page, referring to the US recovery from the crisis of 2008–09.

In March, Biden became the leader in the Democratic primaries. After that, the politician received the support of all main rivals in the primaries. Former President Barack Obama also supported him. So Biden will be able concentrate on the general presidential election. He should be approved as a single candidate at the Democratic Party Congress in August.
