OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media of Russia (Roskomnadzor) filed a lawsuit in the Tagansky District Court of Moscow with a request to restrict access to the website of the campaign named “No!” whose activists are opposed to amendments to the country’s Constitution, and the judges satisfied the claim of the state authority.

This was reported by a member of the committee of the campaign “No!” Marina Litvinovich. “Today people began to write to us that they couldn’t open the site of the campaign “No!”, after that we found out that a session of the Tagansky Court was held yesterday, about which no one notified us, and the site was blocked,” she said.

According to Litvinovich, Roskomnadzor claimed that the site collected personal data. “We already had more than 50 thousand signatures of people who indicated their name, surname and profession. In our opinion, there were no violations,” she explained.
