OREANDA-NEWS. The Presnensky court of Moscow has accepted the claim of Alexei Navalny to the press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov with a demand to refute the words about the CIA, the press secretary of the court Lela Kokaya told Russian media «RIA Novosti».

«The statement of claim of Navalny A.A. to Peskov D.S. is accepted for production, pre-trial preparation is scheduled for May 27», the press secretary said.

Previously, the claim for the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation was left without movement to correct the shortcomings. The subject of the dispute was Peskov's words to journalists about Navalny, that «given that the CIA specialists work with the patient, all that he said is what this organization puts in his mouth» and «it is better if this organization conducts a dialogue not with us through him, but directly with it's Russian colleagues — the Foreign Intelligence Service, the Main Intelligence Agency and other special services».

In the lawsuit, Navalny asks to recognize these words as untrue and discrediting his honor, dignity and business reputation. He also insists on publishing the refutation on the official website of the presidential administration.
