OREANDA-NEWS  Turkey plans to send two unmanned spacecraft to the moon in 10 years. This was stated by the country's Minister of Industry and Technology Fatih Kajir.

"We plan to send a spacecraft to the Moon, which we developed using our own capabilities, now we have entered the production stage. We plan to carry out this mission twice within ten years," the official said.

According to him, in the first case, a soft landing will be made. The minister called the planned flight of a Turkish astronaut to the International Space Station (ISS) on January 18 the beginning of Turkey's implementation of the national lunar program.
