An Online Registry of Childhood Vaccinations has Been Created in Moscow
OREANDA-NEWS. The city portal, informing about the points where you can get the vaccine, as well as about the features of the vaccines, needs to be created in Moscow, said Alexei Venediktov, deputy chairman of the Public Chamber of Moscow.
The report said that all data on preventive vaccinations of children will go to the Unified Medical Information and Analytical System, which contains a database of 150 vaccine names registered in the Russian Federation.
Thus, it can be seen that 65% of children are vaccinated in a timely manner, and parents of 9% of children completely or partially refused vaccination.
The risks of the disease in the metropolis are quite high, so the mass rejection of vaccines can lead to the return of forgotten diseases, said Elena Andreeva, head of the department of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-being in Moscow.
It is also noted that the overall epidemiological picture in Moscow can be considered favorable. "For the past 10 years, high vaccination coverage has been achieved and is being maintained in the capital - 95% of the total number of people to be vaccinated," the press service added.
